Day at the Ballpark Brittle

Peanuts, pretzels, beer, and mustard give you sweet, salty, crunchy and umami.  Take this brittle with you to the game, or at least to in front of the TV. Good in the off season, too. We use local beer, usually Maltopia Scotch Ale, made by Hermitage Brewing Company.

Ingredients:  peanuts, sugar, butter, beer, pretzels, salt, mustard, baking soda.
