Burnt Almond Brittle

When I first made almond brittle to sell, I burned batch after batch.  Running out of almonds and up against a market deadline, I decided to simply disclose the facts by labeling the result "Burnt Almond."  It was the first flavor to sell out that day, so I kept it. California almonds, of course.

Ingredients: cane sugar, almonds, butter, cider vinegar, baking soda, salt.

Contains: milk, tree almonds.
