Rack of Lamb is a flavorful, delicate cut that makes a great centerpiece for any special dinner or festive occasion. Rub with salt, pepper, minced garlic and any fresh herbs on hand (rosemary, sage, and mint are all great pairings with lamb). Then sear in a hot oven-safe pan, and finish in a 400°F oven until the internal temperature reads about 145°F (for medium-rare).
