Heritage breed pigs are pasture-raised in Suisun Valley and finished on walnuts, giving the fat a rich, creamy texture. Never given antibiotics or growth hormones, and never confined. 

Garlic and Ginger sausage- delicious in all the ways that sausage normally is, with the added bonus of making a perfect pot sticker or egg roll filling, or an awesome little meatball for a Pho style soup!
