Super-savory, sweet, and a little nutty, these complex sausages are a fun variation on the classic garlicky pork sausage. Sonoma County Meat Co. uses Stone Valley's sustainably-raised and vegetarian-fed, antibiotic- and hormone-free Berkshire hogs for these sausages. Just sear in a pan on the stovetop, then add a splash of water, cover the pan and steam until cooked through (or throw them on the grill).
