Organic Lacinato Kale Trio

Lacinato Kale, sometimes referred to as Dino or Tuscan Kale, is a hearty member of the Brassica family with a deep sweetness.  Its texture retains some firmness after a quick sauté and is delicious added to many types of soups.

During the winter months, the cold nights lead to slow growth but the end product is an incredibly sweet, flavorful Kale.
