With a medium body and bright acidity, this Caturra varietal comes from a collective of small lot producers around the town of Gigante, in the Huila Department of Colombia. Grown at elevation ranging from 1500-1900 meters above sea level, these beans were washed on their respective farms before being dried on raised beds under parabolic covers.
The sweet and layered result has notes of dark chocolate, maraschino cherry, and toasted graham.
