"Eureka" Blend Seasonal Espresso

It’s our state motto, originating from the discovery of gold in California. Eureka means I found it! It’s what we were thinking after tasting this rich blend of extraordinary coffees. The legend is that Archimedes was the first to use the exclamation when he finally discovered a method for determining the purity of gold. In the 1800s it echoed in the gold mines not far from here. We also love that our founder got married on the historic ferryboat Eureka. So there’s that :) We had a eureka moment after tasting what happens when we combined the berry notes from an Ethiopian, the balanced sweetness of a natural Brazilian and the citrusy brightness from a prized Honduran coffee. Oh Yeah, we found it!
