Prather Ranch's Roasted Chicken Stock begins with Big Bluff Ranch chicken bones. They roast them slowly until deeply caramelized, then simmer them into a rich stock infused with classic mirepoix vegetables: celery, carrots, onion, and parsley. It's delicious to drink alone, or can be added to soups, pan sauces, braises, roasts, stuffing, and more!
