Co’s Capay Valley Pork: We’ve been working on this pork program on 20 acres
in the Capay Valley with our friend Chris Simas since 2005. This pork is
Berkshire-cross, 100% pasture raised and Certified Humane Raised and Handled.
We take our time to raise these pigs to ensure the highest quality, best
tasting pork available. This pork has been a mainstay for our regular customers
for long time and we hope you enjoy it as much as they do.
