Making Pizzas at Home with our Dough and Sauce:
Heat your oven to its maximum temperature! Place the dough on a floured wooden board. Push it down to make it easier to open up. Open into a 14” round and put onto a pizza stone or a cookie sheet that can accommodate it.
Spread the pizza sauce (4 oz), then put whatever you want on there, and bake for about 15 minutes. If you like it crispier, bake it longer.
We recommend that you go light with the ingredients so you don’t weigh down the dough. Go to your local farmers markets and talk to the farmers about their products; learn how to prepare the ingredients so you can play with them on your pizzas. Some flavor combinations are better than others so keep it simple until you’ve figured out what you like.
Ingredients: Organic Unbleached Wheat Flour, Water, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kosher Salt, Sugar, Yeast.
