Pizza Politana

We’re a family business based in Petaluma, but our mobile wood-fired ovens mean we’re always on the move. Since 2006, we’ve been cooking up Neapolitan-style pizzas at farmers’ markets and events throughout the Bay Area, using seasonal, quality ingredients from local farmers and artisans. You can still find us at the market, or you can try one of our hand-crafted items here!
