Pizza al Taglio

The perfect personal pizza! An ideal dinner for two when paired with a green salad or some seasonal veggies, a perennial favorite at the kids' table, and of course, great finger food for serving as an appetizer for guests. Just heat in the oven at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes, or pop in the toaster oven until the cheese is nicely melted and dig in.
Ingredients: dough (white whole wheat flour*, water, olive oil, kosher salt, yeast), sauce (San Marzano tomatoes, kosher salt, oregano, chili flakes), mozzarella cheese, basil (organic*).
