Cuvée Colas Robin

Val Colas Robin vineyard was planted with Pinot Blanc in 1955, the vineyard has great sun expo great exposure and the soil is based on limestone and red clay. This 100% Pinot Blanc Champagne is floral and fruity with notes of green apple, pineapple, citrus peel, and white flower on the nose. On the palate there are added citrus notes as well as stone fruit and savory herb, with an aggressive carbonation and medium light body. Pair with cured fish or gilled vegetables.
