Marco Parusso's Barolo is a beautiful wine made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes. This hand harvested, spontaneously fermented wine is meticulously made, then aged for 18 months in small oak barrels. There are vibrant aromas and flavors of violet, lavender, autumnal leafy aromas, and light red and blue fruits. The full-bodied palate has a smooth, easy, and juicy feel that is balanced by tannin structure. The finish of assertive acidity delivers a bright finish.
