This loaf is made with country bread dough that has toasted whole sesame seeds folded in, and is rolled in more sesame seeds which toast as the loaf bakes. The rich aroma of the sesame perfumes the whole loaf, and flavors the bread with the toasty, malty and slightly bitter sesame seeds.
