Pork Käsekrainer

Käsekrainer are the delicacy of sausage stands dotting the towns and cities of Austria. A traditional street food, these plump pork sausages are studded with Emmenthaler cheese and smoked over apple wood. Once warmed through and lightly crisped each slice yields a gooey cheese interior. These are the most decadent cheese dogs you'll ever taste.

Ingredients: Pork, pork fat, water, swiss cheese (pasteurized cow's milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), dry milk powder, less that 2% of: salt, dried vinegar, cultured dextrose, fresh garlic, black pepper, dextrose, swiss chard powder, natural flavors, lactic acid cultures. Stuffed in hog casing.
