Organic chicken bones are gently simmered with filtered water, ginger and rice wine for 24 hours to make this broth as nutritious as possible. Drink it on its own, add it to our soups, or use it as a base for other asian soups. It is very lightly salted, so add salt as you wish. Great for delicate appetites. It's ginger spicy!
