Sun Dried Tomato & Basil Chevre Medallion

Laura Chenel's creamy, mild-flavored chevre is paired with the flavors of sun dried tomato and basil in this summery, tangy small format cheese. This soft and spreadable chevre is the perfect picnic cheese and is great crumbled into scrambled eggs or on a pasta salad. Pair with Beaujolais or an amber ale.
