La Tourangelle slowly roasts Styrian pumpkin seeds to perfection, then expeller presses them and lightly filters the oil before bottling it up to send to your door. This flavorful oil has a toasty, nutty flavor that lends depth to salad dressings, pasta, and spreads. It isn't recommended for cooking or high-temperature uses, as most of the flavor will be lost. Once opened, La Tourangelle suggests the oil be used within 6 months.
