La Tourangelle infuses their organic expeller-pressed high-oleic sunflower oil with fresh, aromatic garlic to create Garlic Oil, a piquant and aromatic oil that's a great addition to any pantry. Use it in marinades, sauces, and dressings, or dip chunks of fresh, crusty bread in and enjoy. While sunflower oil is a high-temperature oil, extreme heat will degrade some of the flavors, so we recommend using it in cold dishes or treating it as a finishing oil.
