Sweet Sopressata

Lady Edison's naturally fermented, dry-cured Sweet Sopressata is porky, tangy, and speckled with fennel seeds and peppercorns. It's made using whole muscle meat (never sketchy trimmings) from Animal Welfare certified hogs. Rich, meaty, and as savory as can be, this sweet sopressata is perfect for sandwiches, cheese plates, and charcuterie platters. Synthetic casing (remove before eating); store at room temperature and refrigerate after opening.
