Lady Edison Pork
Lady Edison produces extra-delicious charcuterie using sustainably raised hogs from the North Carolina Hog Growers Association. Its owner, Sam Suchoff, even runs an award-winning Chapel Hill, NC barbecue restaurant named The Pig! Lady Edison was born out of this love for pork. They produce outstanding country ham as well as cured sausages, including Hot and Sweet Soppressata and a Spanish Style Chorizo.
