Summer Sweet Peach Conserve

Our conserves are made with fresh, sustainably and locally grown, ripe fruit, most of which is organic.

We use an extremely minimal amount of organic sugar, organic lemon juice, no pectin, and cook an average of eight jars per pot. Some varieties are infused with flowers and herbs that we grow in our kitchen garden.

All of the preparation, cooking, jarring, and labeling with letterpress labels is done by hand and we cook 8 jars per pot.
