Strawberry Rhubarb Conserve

A truly classic combination that's bright, refreshing, slightly tart, and incredibly fruity. Pair with waffles and croissants, or our favorite way, stirred into plain yogurt. We source fresh, sustainably grown local fruit, that's organic whenever possible and use an extremely minimal amount of organic sugar, organic lemon juice, and never use pectin to set our conserves.

All of the preparation, cooking, jarring, and letterpress labeling is done by hand, with the typical batch averaging eight jars pot.
