Dark Chocolate Smoked Sea Salt Ice Cream

Dark Guittard chocolate is paired with a touch of smoked sea salt for the the perfect balance of savory and (not too) sweet that is sure to please even the most particular chocolate lovers. Since 2008 Humphry Slocombe has been handcrafting small batch ice cream with the best stuff available so everything tastes like it’s supposed to, but better—grab a spoon, this pint is calling!

Ingredients: ice cream base (cream, nonfat milk, sugar, egg yolk, buttermilk), dark chocolate (cacao beans, pure cane sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, vanilla beans), tapioca syrup, sugar, water, cocoa powder, smoked sea salt.
