Ingredients: ice cream base (cream, nonfat milk, sugar, egg yolk, buttermilk), tapioca syrup, creme fraiche (grade a pasteurized cultured cream), buttermilk, whole milk (milk, vitamin d3), sugar, salt, vanilla extract (cold-extracted matter of madagascar bourbon vanilla beans, water, alcohol)
