Southwestern Chicken Sausage (Frozen)

Ingredients: Hormone free boneless skinless chicken thighs, green chilies, cilantro, garlic, spice blend (no nitrates or preservatives). Pork casing, spicy! 

Suggested cooking instructions: Add  approx.1/4 inch of water to a skillet or shallow sauce pan, place sausages in covered pan and bring to a boil. Steam for approximately 5 minutes, pour off excess water. Add small amount of oil or butter, lower heat and cook until skins are brown. Enjoy!

Excellent grilled as well!
