We use simple and healthy ingredients that you can feel good about eating. Nothing to hide here... it's just a fresh, delicious sausage! Using primarily boneless, skinless, hormone free chicken thighs, all our sausages are handcrafted and we absolutely never use any nitrates, additives, preservatives, gluten, fillers or artificial flavors.
