Artichoke & Mushroom Chicken Sausage (Frozen)

Ingredients: Hormone-free boneless skinless chicken thighs, porcini mushrooms, artichoke hearts, garlic, onion, spice blend. Pork casing (No preservatives or nitrates.)

Suggested cooking instructions: Add  approx.1/4 inch of water to a skillet or shallow sauce pan, place sausages in covered pan and bring to a boil. Steam for approximately 5 minutes, pour off excess water. Add small amount of oil or butter, lower heat and cook until skins are brown. Enjoy!

Excellent for grilling as well !
