Organic Peppermint

Peppermint is here !!!  This is the mint that chef's love for all their dishes.  Using peppermint instead of spearmint takes mint to the next level because it has menthol, making the experience that more intense.  Great in desserts and savory dishes as well or just to chew on, as a calming snack.  Peppermint is also commonly known by the name "chocolate mint".

Our certified organic peppermint is grown in a water based system so it is super green and fresh all year round, even in the hot summer months. 

It's also great for a pot of tea, to relax after a difficult day.  For tea, we suggest rinsing the mint with water, then chopping finely with a butcher's knife.  Next, add to your tea pot, fill with boiling water and let steep for a few minutes.  It's also great combined with our spearmint.  We hope you enjoy it!  Another amazing treat is to blend a small amount with vanilla ice cream- which will create the best mint milkshake ever.  Enjoy !
