Angel Red Pomegranates

Pomegranates are the darling of fall fruit, as they hide in their caverns tiny jeweled arils that bring color to otherwise drably colored fall dishes. To easily access the arils with minimum mess, try quartering the fruit and removing arils in a bowl of water.
