Fly By Jing's Zhong Sauce is sweet, spicy, and highly addicting. Crafted in Chengdu and inspired by the classic street snack Zhong Dumplings, it is made with "fuzhi" soy sauce slow cooked with brown sugar, mushrooms, garlic, and spices. Extremely versatile, the Zhong Sauce can be used on everything - dumplings, eggs, meats, cheeses, or any take-out dish that needs an extra edge.
Ingredients: non-GMO rapeseed oil, non-GMO soybean oil, dried chili pepper, garlic, sesame oil, brown sugar, mushroom powder, spices.
