Cookie Butter Non-Dairy Ice Cream

Eclipse Foods has taken their classic vanilla bean plant-based ice cream, made from oat and potato protein, and mixed in chunks of cookie. Each bite is rich and creamy, followed with a chewy texture from the incorporated cookie chunks. The perfect addition to cake or pie, or enjoy on its own.

Ingredients: water, cookie pieces and butter (wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oils [contains one or more of the following: soybean oil, canola oil palm oil], soy flour, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon), sugar, expeller-pressed canola oil, Eclipse dessert blend (potato protein, modified food starch, tapioca maltodextrin), tapioca syrup, 2% or less of vanilla extract, baking soda, oat bran, oat fiber, salt, proline, calcium lactate, calcium gluconate.
