Wild Caught Premium Albacore Tuna Steak

Our albacore are individually caught using a sustainable hook and line method. Each fish is handled with special care to ensure the finest quality product for you. The fish are carefully loined, hand packed, and pressure cooked, ensuring the nutritional quality is maintained. This premium Albacore Tuna is rich in Omega-3s.

All of our fish on our boat, Capriccio, are caught by hook and line and then a portion are canned in a small custom cannery in Charleston, Oregon for sale.  At the cannery, the fish are cleaned, put into the can raw, and the can is sealed. Then, the cans are placed in a pressure cooker where the fish is cooked. This single cooking of the fish retains all the natural juices of the albacore in the can!

There is nothing else but albacore in our cans of regular albacore….. SO DO NOT DRAIN the liquid, that’s the healthy rich Omega-3 oil! Mix it back into the fish and use for sandwiches, salads, or whatever else your heart desires!
