Organic Red Beets

This is perhaps the most familiar of the beet varieties and has the most distinct earthy beet flavor. Red beets will stain your life a beautiful hue of magenta! We recommend preparing red beets separately from any other color of beet you are cooking as the reds will take over both in flavor and color. Roasting is our preferred method of preparation!
