Organic Bunched Leeks

The leek is a member of the onion family, but unlike the onion, it does not form a bulb. A thick, fleshy stalk is about the same diameter as the base and resembles a large green onion. Eat the flesh and the chlorophyll rich greens cooked or raw. Try them sauteed or roasted, in soups or in salads! Leeks are the best!
