Made in the traditional Chitarra method, the pasta is drawn through tiny square dies, giving the noodles a thin flat shape instead of the typical circular tubes. With more surface area for sauce to cling to, this is a great alternative to linguine when you're looking to serve pasta with plenty of seasonal veggies or tossed in a cream-based sauce. Goes great with meatballs too!
