Our grassfed beef brisket makes wonderful beef bacon. Smoked with alder
wood from the North Coast, and cured with a traditional sea salt and
maple sugar rub, this bacon is full flavored and smoky. Try our beef
bacon instead of pork bacon for a less fatty breakfast treat, and get
all the benefits of grass-fed beef with the flavor of bacon.

Casa Rosa Farms is an 110 acre organic family farm based in the Capay Valley. We raise California Red Sheep for both meat and wool as well as Limousin-influenced cattle, also known as Lim-Flex. We prefer Lim-Flex beef for our grass fed program because of their long rib section, calm disposition and double muscling.
