Brush Creek Creamery's Feta is made from whole, raw cow's milk that has been aged for 60 days in a whey brine. This gives the feta a creamy texture on the palate while still being crumbly. Classically salty and tangy, this cheese also has a nuanced fruity character up front that makes it an amazing choice for adding to salads.
