Bread SRSLY's gluten-free bread is made using traditional sourdough fermentation of organic rice, millet, sorghum and a bit of arrowroot—no gluten or gums, all non-GMO ingredients, and totally vegan. Their Gluten-Free Sourdough Pullman Loaf is a giant version of their Classic Sourdough, with the same great texture and flavor but an impressive 13" length. Plenty of bread to make sandwiches or French toast for a crowd (or slice it and freeze for toasting in the future). Store in the fridge and enjoy by date on the package.
