Our sourdough dinner rolls are made using traditional fermentation with a wild sourdough culture, making them nourishing, deeply flavorful, and easy to digest—no processed or "baker's" yeast is used. These rolls are best toasted lightly in the oven before serving, and can be kept refrigerated for a week, or stored in the freezer.
