"These mini dinner rolls are the perfect side to any meal! I like to warm a couple up in the ovenand have then as a side dish with soup, salad, or pasta!" Erin, Good Eggs Buyer
Our sourdough dinner rolls are made using traditional fermentation with a wild sourdough culture, making them nourishing, deeply flavorful, and easy to digest. These rolls are best toasted lightly in the oven before serving, and can be kept refrigerated for a week.
Made in a gluten-free facility that does process milk and eggs.
Ingredients (non-GMO): Organic White Rice Flour, Organic Millet Flour, Organic Sorghum Flour, Arrowroot, Sourdough Starter (Water, Organic Sorghum Flour), Xanthan Gum, Salt.
Folks avoiding processed yeast are safe with our sourdough, made only with a natural starter of fermented dough. This dough contains wild yeasts and bacteria, which work differently than processed yeast. Yeast sensitivities are thought to have arisen from a mass switch from wild yeast to baker's yeast. PLEASE NOTE that sourdough is not usually suitable for mold sensitivities, as it is a fermented product. For any further questions, feel free to call!
