Their Gluten-Free Classic Sourdough Loaf has a lovely open texture and is great toasted. Store in the fridge and enjoy by date on the package.

Ingredients: white rice flour*, millet flour*, sorghum flour*, arrowroot, sourdough starter (water, sorghum flour*), xanthan gum, salt (*organic). Made in a facility that also handles milk and eggs.
