Our gluten-free, vegan Classic Sourdough Loaf is made using traditional fermentation of organic rice and millet, sorghum and a bit of arrowroot with a wild sourdough culture—no processed or "baker's" yeast. 

Enjoy toasted! Refrigerate upon arrival and before slicing for best results. If stored in the fridge, these loaves should last for upwards of one week. Slice before freezing.

Ingredients: white rice flour*, millet flour*, sorghum flour*, arrowroot, sourdough starter (water, sorghum flour*), xanthan gum, salt (*organic ingredient). All non-GMO Verified.
