This curried lentil soup is a mild mix of both Indian and Thai style curries. It has been a main-stay on our menu at the Farmers Market from day one. It is extremely healthy, packing a whopping 4-5 grams of protein per serving. A Vegan Chili!! Top with a baked spiced pita chip.
