Sesame Miche

As Kneaded's Sesame Miche loaf is a naturally leavened loaf, tangy and little tart with a moist, wheaty crumb with a lovely sesame coating on the outside to add savoriness. Use it to build hearty, flavorful sandwiches, sop up soups, stews, and braises, or just spread with a bit of salted butter and devour.

Ingredients: wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour), whole wheat flour, dark rye flour, water, sea salt, natural leaven (wheat flour, water), rice flour (for coating), topped with sesame seeds.
