Minuet

Minuet is a soft-ripened triple-cream cheese that's made with pasteurized goat's milk and cow's milk crème fraîche for extra richness. The finished cheese combines the fine texture and tangy flavor of goat's cheese with the rich creaminess of crème fraîche for a bright, delicious flavor and a long finish. Pair with a dry, aromatic white wine such as a Gewürztraminer or a Gruner Veltliner, or sparkling wine.
