Largo

Andante Dairy's Largo is a unique aged triple cream cheese. The word "Largo" means "broad" or "generous" in Italian. As a musical term, it is a tempo mark meaning "to be performed slowly." Made with Jersey cow's milk and creme fraiche, this cheese is rich and decadent. When aged, this cheese is soft, nutty and smooth on the tongue with powerful mushroomy notes. Pair with your favorite sparkling wine and jams.
