Keta, also known as chum salmon, are typically harvested for their roe when the fish is close to spawning and the flesh has deteriorated. We harvest our chum salmon early in the run when the flesh is bright and vibrant. We use this fish to make spreads, add to soups, salads, and sandwiches or put it on the grill with a marinade.
Wild caught using sustainable hood and line methods in the Sumner Strait and Frederick Sound in the gulf of Alaska. Our boat and operation are small scale, allowing us to focus on quality and our customers to buy directly from the source.
