Recommended Preparation—Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Cook the pasta for the recommended 9 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain thoroughly and rinse with cold water to stop cooking. Alternatively, and for a better result, drain the pasta a minute before and finish cooking in a pan together with sauce.
