Red Duck is the creation of Jessica Hilbert, Shannon Oliver, and Karen Bonner, who teamed up to bring innovation and fun to the condiment aisle. They source their tomatoes from small-to-medium farms in the Central Valley of California, many of which have third and fourth generation farmers who are Leopold Conservation Award winners. They make sure all the tomatoes they use ripen on the vine and are picked at the height of bursting-red ripeness, from late June through July. Even better, their tomatoes go from field to purée in less than four hours. Their horseradish comes from Tule Lake, CA.
